3. User Content & Conduct

If our apps allow you to generate content (e.g., text for a teleprompter or high scores), you retain ownership of that content. However, you agree not to use our applications to generate content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Updates and Availability

We may update our applications at any time to improve performance, fix bugs, or add features. We do not guarantee that our apps will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions forever. We reserve the right to discontinue any app at any time.

In no event shall ACropx, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
