Terms & Conditions TextLabX - Text Tools

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TextLabX - Text Tools mobile application (the "Application"), provided by AcropX ("Service Provider", "we", "us", "our") as an Ad-Supported service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Application.

1. Description of Service

TextLabX is a text utility application that provides various tools for text manipulation and processing, including but not limited to:

• Text repeating and duplication
• Text styling and formatting
• Emoji art creation
• Direct messaging integration with third-party apps
• Text transformation and flipping
• Invisible text generation

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Acceptable Use & User Obligations

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you create or share using the Application. You shall not:

• Use the Application to create or distribute any content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, offensive, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Application's features (such as text repeating, direct messaging integration, or invisible text) to spam, harass, bully, or abuse others.
• Use invisible text or other features to deceive, mislead, bypass content filters, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Use the Application's direct messaging integration to send messages to individuals who have not consented to be contacted by you, or in violation of any third-party platform's policies.
• Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract the source code, or disassemble the Application or create derivative works based on it.
• Maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. This includes not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as such actions may compromise your device's security features and cause the Application to function improperly or not at all.
• Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the Application.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application does or may utilize third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of these third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Links to the Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the Application:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Application may also offer integration with other third-party services (such as WhatsApp or Telegram) for messaging functionality. Your use of these services is governed entirely by their respective terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Application and its content are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider (AcropX).

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use solely in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use our intellectual property (such as trademarks or branding) without our prior written consent.

6. Service Charges & Availability

The Application is currently provided as an Ad-Supported service. The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the Application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will clearly communicate any new charges to you before they are applied.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to a lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance. You accept full responsibility for any charges from your mobile provider, including data roaming charges, incurred from using the Application.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, THAT YOU EXPERIENCE AS A RESULT OF USING OR RELYING ON THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE APPLICATION, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES IT USES.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service.

8. Updates & Termination

The Service Provider may wish to update the Application. You agree to promptly install updates to the Application when offered. We do not guarantee that we will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you or compatible with your device's operating system.

We may also wish to cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end; and (b) you must stop all use of the Application and delete it from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
